Trail training with a 1 on 1 focus.

Step beyond the arena and into the wild with our immersive 4-day Trail Mastery Workshop. Designed for riders who crave adventure and deeper partnership with their horse, this experience blends trail exploration with precision horsemanship.

With a small group and personalized coaching, you'll tackle real-world obstacles, navigate diverse terrain, and learn essential backcountry skills.

Our clinics are about having FUN with your horse, increasing your skill and enhancing your relationship with your horse through the application of solid horsemanship principles.

Like all our workshops, you can camp out by your horse pen or stay in our accommodations. Don't be scared - we don't make you camp out in the bush 😀.

Clinic Focal Points

Ensuring your horse is comfortable with tying, high-lining, slickers, and other pressures
Exposing your horse to a various environmental, trail and realistic scenarios
Hill work and various types of terrain
Building confidence on all trails from wide to twisty and narrow
Working with obstacles and lateral work (knee saver!) with a high degree of precision
GPS, maps, navigation and exploring

Prerequisites:

To attend this clinic, please ensure you are comfortable walking and trotting on your horse.
If you or your horse have specific issues you'd like to focus on, or you are not comfortable riding your horse, plan to attend a Progressive Horsemanship Clinic first so we can work 1 on 1 to help you out.
